Well, atleast until we hit traffic at rush-hour. There was lots of sitting, waiting and merging. Perfect timing!
About 4 hours into the drive, we (Jeremy) drove into a major storm. There was so much lightening and rain. People were pulling off the road because visibility was so poor – we kept truckin’ along.
We made it to Brecksville around 10:45 to a waiting house full of Fudos - Six to be exact. Yes, all 4 of the kids were up. Three were slightly more excited to have us arrive than the fourth. Story has it that the oldest kid of the clan was up at 6:45 that morning in anticipation of our arrival. We finally met the youngest Fudo. She is quite the doll – very beautiful. Her parents claim that she can be very fussy during the day, but she sleeps very well at night. I forgot how small they start. That night we went to bed well after midnight thinking about all of the things we would need to resolve the next day.
